What we collect
When you submit a listing we collect the business details you enter, your name and email address, and your IP address (to stop spam). Browsing the site doesn't require any personal information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we publish
Only the business details: name, website, registration number if given, categories, country, city, whether you work remotely, description, and the public phone and email if you chose to give them. Your own name, email and notes are never published.
Payments
If you buy a Featured spot, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep the receipt email, amount and date for our accounts.
How we use it
To review your listing, contact you about it (for example, to say it's live or to ask a question), and handle update or removal requests. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep submission records while the listing is live and for up to 12 months after it is removed or rejected, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by submitting the listing form with a removal request in the notes.
We're based in Australia and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're in the UK or European Union, you also have rights under the GDPR to see, correct or delete what we hold about you; ask using the listing form's notes field.
